John Ursino Nominated for CGS/ProQuest Distinguished Dissertation Award

Congratulations to ARC Lab member Dr. John Ursino on being selected as the University of Nebraska Omaha’s nominee in the Social Sciences category for the Council of Graduate Schools/ProQuest Distinguished Dissertation Award.

His dissertation, Crowding, Capacity, and Reform: Exploring the Dynamics of Correctional Policy, examines how correctional systems respond to population pressure and the implications of those responses for correctional reform.
